The Algarve Marathon 2026 takes place on 6 December 2026.
The start and finish are at Marina de Vilamoura, in the municipality of Loulé, Algarve.
The event features a 42K Marathon, a 21K Half Marathon, a 10K Run and a 5K Solidarity Walk.
Yes. Registration is open on the official platform, and prices vary by phase. See the Registration page for details.
The course starts and finishes at Marina de Vilamoura and has a rolling profile. On the Course page you will find the map and elevation profile of each race, certified by the FPA and World Athletics, and the GPX and KML files to download.
Yes. On the Course page, under “Take the route with you”, you can download the GPX file for the Marathon, Half Marathon or 10K, for watches and running apps such as Garmin, Coros or Strava, and the KML file for Google Maps. The 5K Walk route has not been published yet.
